Setup
3 players on the wings foul line extended
1 rebounder at each basket and 1 player at elbow of the foul line.
• Ball is passed from rebounder to player on wing.
• Player on wing speed dribbles to 1/2 court throws 2 handed pass to player at elbow.
• Player at elbow gives a return pass.
• Player takes a lay-up.
• Rebounder pulls ball out of net and drill goes up other side of court.
The drill is symmetrical after 2 minutes switch to opposite elbows and continue to run drill.
For every missed lay-up do 2 pushups.
