2 cuts to the other side to make room

5 sets a screen for 4.

4 prepares to set a side screen for 1.

Side pick & roll between 1 and 4.

After the screen 4 cuts to corner (as a variation)

5 can post up on the ball side or prepares to set a screen for 2.

Pass from 1 to 4. Direct shot or pass inside (5 posting up, or 2 cutting)
