Use this play for making easier wing entry passes or as a set play in the 1-3-1 offense.
1 dribbles the ball up court.
As 1 comes across half, 2 breaks to the wing for wing entry pass.
3 reads 2 and goes opposite wing off of pick by 5.

Ball bassed to 2 or 3 to initiate offense from wing.

4 comes to high post for entry pass to start high post offense - looking inside at 5 who clears the key if not open.

High post entry can just be a safety valve.
Or if wings are overplayed this leads to a backdoor wing cut.
