This is a passing drill I sometimes use in a warmup.
The basic thought is pass and follow the ball.
So 3 passes to 5 and follows the pass.
1 passes to 7 which will make a lay-up and 1 will go to the start point of 7.
7 will catch the ball and should make a lay-up
without a dribble.
At the same time 5 passes to 2, and follows the ball running behind 7.
7 makes his lay-up and rebounds his own ball.
And passes to 4.
And we are back at the starting situation
It can also be played the other way around with lay-ups from the left.
