Players 1, 2, 3 and 4 all have a basketball. Player 1 dribbles (towards a chair, witches hat or bin). Player 1 makes a dribble move (change of direction) and then shots the ball at the top of the key.
Players should look to minimize the number of dribbles they make after making the change of direction (1 to 2 dribbles only).
Variation:
Players should go both sides, as well as starting the middle of the court (positions 1 and 2).
