Side screen from 4 on 3.

1 passes to 3 and cuts to the low post position using 4.

If possible 3 passes to 1 for some post action.

If the pass is not possible, 5 and 4 set a staggered screen for 2.

2 receives a pass from 3.

5 goes to the low post.

4 steps out and receives the ball from 2.

2 cuts to the weak side corner.

While 3 cuts to the ball side corner, using a back screen from 1 and a base screen from 5, (also a stagger).

After the screen 5 pops out to the free throw line.
1 goes outside the 3-point area.

4 can pass to either 3 or 5. (If all goes wrong back to 1).
