(the extra two players added in play a 2-man game on the opposite wing)

i.e. cut and replace, cut and screen away

To add the additional players in, player 1 can screen away and player 4 can cut in to the action.

To start the game, player 1 can also send 4 to the post and use the three man game with 4 and 5.
