"Main Street" Containment Drill

• Players stand opposite each other at either side of the half court line
• Ball is passed from player to player as players defensive slide across the court

• At any time, the nominated offensive player can put the ball on the floor
• The defender must maintain a stance and contain the dribbler
• Defender should contain in "main street", look to push the ball to a side and channel
