Minimum 8 players and two basketballs
Players line up in the corners of the court. The players first in line must be ready to execute the play.
1 and 2 have the ball and dribble to the center of the court (as shown on map) when the coach gives the signal.
Simultaneously 3 and 4 run to the center of the court.
1 and 2 put the ball on the line (no passing!!!) so that 3 and 4 can pick up the ball.
3 and 4 dribble as fast as they can to the hoop and try to score.
1 and 2 are defending. 1 is defending 4 and 2 is defending 3.
Play until they score. Defender takes the rebound and gives it to the next team-mate in the corner.
You can motivate the players with the following: when an offensive rebound is taken the defender must make 5 or 10 push-ups.
Make sure that the players go to the maximum by motivating them. Coaching is very important...keep them motivated!
