Flex Offense
1) Basic Set:
#1 point guard dictates what side of the floor to start the offense by taking the ball in that direction.
#2 and#3 are set on high side of low blocks.
#4 and #5 are set outside at the 3-point arc along the baseline.
The offense is run to the left because the #1 (point guard) crossed over the floor to right side.
#2 pops straight up lane into a position to receive pass from #1.
#5 comes from corner to low block ball side looking for pass when crossing lane.
#3 stays low block and sets screen for #5.
#4 stays in corner at 3-point arc.
#1 after passing ball to #2 goes and sets a down pick for #3.
#3 comes up lane off of #1's down screen to receive pass from #2.
#1 goes to corner after setting down screen.
#4 goes across lane looking for pass to low block.
#5 sets pick for #4.
#2 sets down screen for #5.
#5 comes up lane off of #2 down screen to receive pass from #3.
#1 crosses lane looking for pass to opposite low block.
#4 sets screen for #1.
#2 goes to corner after setting down screen.
#3 sets down screen for #4.
#4 comes up lane off of #3's down screen to receive pass from #5.
#3 goes to corner after setting down screen.
#2 goes across lane looking for pass to opposite low block.
#1 sets pick for #2.
#5 sets down screen for #1.
