4 sets a screen for 1 and goes to the opposite side using a screen from 5 (screen the screener).

1 passes to 4.

5 rolls  to the basket.

4 passes inside to 5, goes 1 on 1 to the basket, or goes for the dribble handoff like in Dynamo 2 up.
