#5 #1 #3 line up next to each other across foul line
#4 low block ball side

"T" Formation

#4 moves first to low block opposite ball
#5 moves down lane to low block ball side
#3 uses #1 for screen and moves into corner ball side
#1 moves out as a safety valve
#2 moves up top at foul line
