Coach lays down a ball in the middle of the court. On a whistle Player #1 and player #2 sprint to the midline, touch the mid circle run to the baseline and then go for the ball.
After that it is 1 on 1 to the basket.
Next pair can start when the players are over the midline.
Players go to the back of one of the two lines when the drill is finished.
