The 1 player is going to play one against one. And will try to make the point. If another defender (in this example the 3) helps then it is the job of the 1 player to give the 3 player
the ball and let him make the shot.

If the 3 defender is going to help the offensive player has to make 2 big steps to get open and to let the defender make a choice between helping and defending the 3 player.

The 2 player takes over the place of the 1.

The rotation is easy when the shot is not taken. 1 becomes 2 and 2 becomes 1. 3 passes the ball to the 2 and there we are
again.
