5 steps out and receives the ball from 4.

5 swings the ball 1.

3 steps out.

Some flex cut action.

2 sets a screen for 4 who cuts to the low-post to the other side.

5 sets a screen for 2 (screen the screener).

If 4 isn't free the ball goes to 2.

Flex cut is followed by an outside pick & roll between 5 and 2.
