On the slap of the basketball by the in bounder, the 2 low post players set cross screens for their opposite wing player.

2 & 3 cut off the screens, reading their defensive player to show which side of the screen to use.
And cut to the basket for a cheap score.

The ball side screen (5) turns to the in bounder looking for a corner jump shot.
The weak side screen works to the ball side as a safety release if we cannot inbound the ball.
