3 and 4 set a double screen for 2, note that 4 is behind/on the same line when the play starts. (Defense will be confused the first time).

1 passes to 2 for the 3 -point shot.

After the screen 3 rolls to the basket and uses 5 as a screen to get free on the other side if needed.

4 follows 3 and goes to the low post.
