1 dribbles to the wing.

2 slides to the corner.

1 passes to 2 and cuts to the opposite corner.  

4 steps out, and 5 rolls to the block.  

3 slides to the top.

2 looks for 5, then reverses to 4, who passes to 3.

3 looks in to 5 or passes to 1 who looks for 5.

OPTION 1
When 3 has the ball, 2 can screen down for 4 cutting backdoor for the lob.

OPTION 2
When 3 has the ball, 4 can set a back screen for 2 to have shot in the corner.
