When 1 picks up dribble, 4 and 5 break to high post.  

1 passes to 5 and 2 and 3 back cuts.  

If 2 is open pass to him.

3 clears to corner.

4 screens for 1 and 5 skip passes to 1.

4 and 5 set door screen for 2 coming up through for the shot.  

1 passes to 2 for shot.

2 takes the shot.

4, 5 and 3 go for the rebound
