1-3-1 formation with player 5 on the foul line and player 4 down low.  
Player 4 must be on the low block of whichever side player 1 is going to start on.

Player 1 passes to player 2.  

Player 4 pops into the corner for a pass from player 2.  

Player 5 moves from foul line to side key looking for the ball.

Player 4 dribbles from the corner to the wing formerly occupied by player 2.  

Player 2 cuts around player 5 and relocate to the short corner (between the low post & corner)

Player 4 reverses the ball to player 1 and then player 3.  

Player 5 follows the passes & relocated back to the foul line and then the side key, always looking for the ball.

Player 2 cuts the baseline and relocates to the far corner, looking for the pass from player 3.

Player 2 dribbles to the wing formerly occupied by player 3.  

Player 3 is cutting around player 5 and relocating to the short corner.

Player 2 reverses the ball to player 1 and player 4 while player 3 cuts the baseline.  

Player 5 moves again to the foul line and then the side key looking for the ball.
