Setup:
5 at the top, 2 at the block others outside 3-point area.

Start with a down screen of 5 on 2, followed by a pass from 1 to 2

Top pick & roll.
5 sets a screen for the forward 2 and rolls to the basket. If defense collapses pass out to a 3-point shooter. 4 gets in position.
