4 sets a screen for 1.

1 dribbles to the top.

2 sets a screen for 3 who cuts to the other side.

2 sets a screen for 5.

5 post up in the low post.

Depending on the defender (passing angle), direct pass from 1 to 5 or a pass from 3 to 5.

4 sets a screen for 2.

Options:
5 either plays 1 on 1
Looks to the cutting 3.
The replacing 1.
2 getting 4 on the top
Or 4 rolling to the ball  basket.
