5 sets a screen for 2 to cut to the opposite corner.

When 2 passes the free throw line 3 comes up.

After the screen for 2, 5 sets a screen for 1.  (Sometimes the defender of 5 goes helps with 2 direct pass from 1 to 5 possible)

5 sets a side screen for 1.

5 turns around and sets a second screen for 1.

5 and 1 play pick & roll.

If any of the defenders helps 2, 3 and 4 are free for a three point shot.
