4 always pops out and 5 will roll to the basket.

5 could be free pass from 1 to 5.

Pass from 1 to 4.

4 could pass to 5 posting up.

Or pass to 2 in the corner.

2 should watch 5 still posting up, if 5 doesn't receive the ball keep make room.

After the pass to 2, 4 and 2 play pick &roll.
