4 sets a down screen for 3.

5 dribbles towards 3 for a hand-off.

2 gets 3 screens (1, 4 and 5).

If 2's defender tries to be smart he will bump into 5.

Pass from 3 to 2 for the 3-pointer.

Other options:
Side pick & roll with 3.
5 goes to the low post and receives the ball from 2.
