Players 1 and 2 sprint and pick the ball up out of the chair and shoot it.

Both players after making the shot then sprint to touch the baseline and sprint to the chair at the top of the key.

The first player who picks the ball up is on offense and the other player is on defense.

Players now play 1 on 1.

Variation:
If the shot is missed, rebound until ball is made.
