At least 4 players   
 
01 passes to 02 and go to defend on 04.

02 passes to 03, 03 pass back to 02.  

03 go to defend on 02.  

02 use the block of 04 to play pick and roll.

To conclude the action the two defenders become attackers and they make a fast-break against the player that didn't' t shoot (in this case 04).

The player (02) that shot must jump three times to basket and then sprints to help the defense.
