6 or 8 players and 2 balls. Can be done with only 6 players and 1 column.
Players 2, 3, 4, 6, 7and 8 become "cones" for 1 and 5 to dribble through and at the end, execute a lay-up, and recover their rebound. When 1 and 5 recover their rebound after the lay-up 2 and 6 move up, receive a pass from 1 and 5 and conduct the drill.
2 and 3 and then 3 and 4 should try to trap number 1. 6, 7, and 8 should do the same.
Emphasize hand changes, between leg dribbles and good form in the lay-up.
